The sales person I purchased from and returned with were very nice and helpful, however one other sales person onsite made a condescending statement. While I prefer to shop locally, I will not purchase from this store again because of her behavior. Hope the management team addresses this."

Important meeting already stresssed and the sales lady was so rude . Condescending. Sad the store was large and had a better selection than ours."
"Returned several items that I bought online today. The sales associate was not very engaging. No smile, no "how are you today?", nothing! Just took the items and processed the return. This is the third time in 6 months that I have had this experience. One time a few months ago when I returned a pair of pants, I commented on the poor quality of the pants. At which the sale associate helping me quipped "Don't blame us, we have nothing to do with the quality. Again, no smiles. Talbots, if you want people to shop in your store teach your associates good customer service."
