"George who works the drive-through hole most mornings is such a sweet person and I enjoy being greeted by him every morning before I get my coffee. The girls that work the second drive-through window are also amazing! Don’t know their names,but they always make my coffee on point and get my day started on a great foot.!"

"Nice McDonald’s. Newly remodeled, plenty of seating indoors and out. Very busy when we were there, but we ordered from a kiosk, grabbed a numbered table tent, and had our food delivered to our table without ever having to wait in line. Our toddler was thrilled to have her Happy Meal brought out to her!!"

"Very rude workers, one told my friend that 4 packs of pepper was too much! Another time the server gave me my Frappes with no whipping on top and jerked it out of my hand when I asked for my toppings. Another time they were rude to my other friend cause she wanted her coffee fixed with 2 creams and 8 sugars and got pissy because she Asked them nicely to please fix it as I said above. McDonald's in Christiansburg does better and better workers above all."

"Service is painfully slow for 'fast-food.' Employee attitude is pathetic and lackadaisical. $25 for 2 medium combos, and I also have to wait over 20 minutes to eat it in the dining room, only to be told that they dont serve dining room guests. Then what the heck are the self-serve kiosks and table tents for?! The Manager on Duty, Katie, is a foul excuse for a human being. Rude, lazy, and a liar. Additionally, no cups were provided for drinks, and I was told by Katie to get my own behind the counter. On top of that, both sandwiches did not have the bacon I paid for. Ridiculous. Why is everyone so lazy now?"

"This place has the most disrespectful and rude dgaf attitude I have ever went to. They need to go to a customer service class. And need a to be trained correctly and I never been so disrespected in all my life. The food is always disgusting"
