"Don’t live at the apartments!!! The only good thing about this apartment complex is the that it’s so close to my work. The amount you pay to live here isn’t worth it. They didn’t clean when we moved in, they “spot” painted, which looks terrible, light bulbs were already out the day we moved in. They rarely fix anything, our windows won’t stay open and their response was that “everyone’s are like that“. I called in an emergency maintenance request because our AC wasn’t working, it took them almost a week to fix. It got to 90° in our apartment. They never responded to my service request, we had to repeatedly call until we got someone on the phone. I’m not even sure they have a cleaning crew to manage the halls or elevator, it’s always disgusting and smells. It would be a nice place if they kept up with it and fix the things that broke."
