"One thing I do know how to do very well is have great customer service. You have a girl working the window that obviously was unhappy with her job and neither could she count. If you she was paying attention the same dime she said I was missing she gave me right back. As for the manager at the second window if you speak to someone don’t tell them whether they spoke to you or not. You should always be mindful of what people may be going through. But McDonalds does not know how to provide professional management skills. Greet your people and if they speak cool and if not also cool. It shouldn’t stop anything."

"I have ordered the last three times being there the French fries were ice cold. Soggy with grease rolling off them been like they just took them right out of a cold grease pan. I got a quarter pound of the last time went there. They put a regular cheeseburger on my quarter pound bun. This place is terrible my advice do not patronize this restaurant whatsoever hours they do care about the quality of the food they serve it just terrible cold fries putting a reg patty on a Quarter pounder bun this is third time . I have received service from McDonald’s right across from Fashion Square, Mall my advice don’t patronize them Avoid them"

"The lady taking the money was busy trying to make sure your experience was quick and accurate. I had to pull up to the 1st window, which is where you pull up to wait on your order. The gentleman that came out was very friendly, charismatic and energetic. He immediately brought a smile to my face. He was happy for my business. He made the experience the bast."

"I've had an occasional problem here with orders but overall things usually go well. There's been some really good employees who handled drive-thru orders over the last four years. One issue at times is when the drive-thru lane gets backed up and it can be difficult making the turn to get to the restaurant and then avoid blocking cars that want to exit. As with most McDonald's, it usually take longer for someone to take your order when you go in the restaurant than if you use the drive-thru."
