"I get that it's Thanksgiving but I saw other people order and get their food and nobody even answered the intercom for five minutes or was at any of the windows. Really sad you're getting paid holiday pay and you can't even act like it. Very poor management."
"Went in with 4 other people. My boss ordered 3 double cheeseburgers.. he got singles. My other coworker ordered the same, got what he ordered. I ordered a Big Mac meal with Buffalo on the side. They put spicy pepper sauce on my Big Mac. All of our burgers were messy and awful. We live an hour away so there was no turning back to get it corrected. Really sad."
"Fantastic in everyway. 30 min before they closed the drive thru order taker was very nice and she sounded happy to take my order. She was bubbly and pleasant. You can tell a great staff cause they even had McFlurrys that late! All my food was fresh as could be. The window gentleman made sure my large order was fulfilled completely and gave me all the correct condiments I requested. Great job tonight crew, service like this is rare in fast food these days!! Bravo!"
"7/22/23 I ordered an iced mocha and there was a live fly in the whipped cream. And it took 20 minutes to get it inside the store. Employees were on their phones and snacking on the food while making orders in the back. No one apologized for the fly. I would go to the McDonald’s down the street and avoid this one."
