"Waited in line for 10 minutes while the manager swept the floor, 1 car in the drive through. Nobody else in the store. Never got food, just left."

"I can't say how the food was because I didn't get that far. I chose this location over the other one because it had slightly better reviews. I was on my motorcycle, so I chose to dine in. I waited at the counter for a few minutes and finally a young guy came around the corner in the kitchen and asked if I minded using the kiosk to order as they had a lot of orders. There were only a couple people eating inside and a few in the drive through. I immediately walked out and went to the other location in Waynesboro. I got good service there and the food was good. When I go to a place, good customer service is always at the top of my list. If their food is anything like their service at this location, I would steer clear. If they don't have time to take an order, they sure don't have time to make good food."

"Waited almost 30 minutes for food dinning in then our order wasn't even fixed right. He was in such a hurry that he didn't pay attention we didn't want certain ingredients on our food. One of the employees actually admitted to us in the dining room they have to serve the drive thru first. How is that fair. We took the time to come in. We understand everyone is short staffed but half of the employees should be doing the drive thru and the rest doing the dining room. Then he kept saying he was going to give the few parties waiting for their food.... coupons. None of us saw the coupons."

"By far this has to be the best Taco Bell in the waynesboro area. Amazing team hustle they showed. I ordered their deluxe box and a burrito. I only had a 5 minute wait and the manager gave me the cinnamon twists during the wait. Not to mention how neat the food was put together."

"Extremely polite and we'll mannered staff. Incredibly delicious, and we'll put together food. Warm environment, with great music. Very quick service. Came here in the middle of my day, for lunch. Staff was very friendly and took care of me professionally. Food came fast, and it was hot and delicious. Will be coming back here for sure! It was a truly exceptional experience!"
