"Long long line, bought venti latte hazelnut 2 shots, blueberry muffin, oatmeal. Drank and ate all day while working, became suddenly violently ill."
"I ordered on the app not realizing I made a mistake but the barista was eager to make it right and made a new coffee for me! Thank you, I really appreciate the thoughtfulness!"
"I went there today, an employee sitting there at at a table refused to help me, just stating come back in twenty minutes. All I wanted was one cup of coffee. I won’t be going back"
"Below par service for a typical Star Bucks. I used to go there regularly until I simply gave up. The main machine is broken at times and you end up wasting time to go in to find "sorry the machine is broken". I have had an occasion where I was told the time is up and it is closed, only to find minutes later after shopping for groceries (as this star bucks is inside Harris Teeter's) the hostess making coffee for friends. When I gave the look, I was offered a free coffee (refused obviously). Again a case of poor/incompetent/untrained worker than being a bad place for coffee. Btw it is warm coffee and not hot when I was able to get it (again a case of worker incompetence)."
"This Starbucks is inside of Barnes and Noble. The line is almost always long, the service is slow, and the coffee isn't great. I thought Starbucks couldn't make a Mocha until I went to any of the other locations in town. If you need coffee and you're at Barracks, you're better off going to McDonald's."
