"we went through the drive threw because it was getting late and we needed to put up the Christmas tree. the food was $30 and the amount of meat they put on the food didn't fit. the portions were not up to par to say the least. it was like a snack. the tacos had enough just not the chicken wrap"

"The staff here is nice enough, but this whole half-hearted approach to breakfast really blows. I really like Taco Bell's breakfast offering, however, this location, like others, don't open for breakfast until 8AM, and then, often I go at 8:20 or 8:30 only to be told at this specific location that the fryer isn't heated up yet, so half the menu isn't available. It happens frequently enough that it seems like TB doesn't really care all that much about the breakfast experience."

"Random chicken bones outside in the parking lot starting to smell (probably been there a while). Maybe under staffed? 4 people in the kitchen, I walked in, only one inside, ordered, then proceeded to wait half an hour. Somehow. They lost my ticket? Literally. Not impressed. I asked the poor kiddo if they had it yet at the 30 minute mark thinking maybe they had to make the cinnamon things or whatever still and that's why the two online pick up orders happened before me, me the two other counter orders. He was just as confused as me. While I didn't have a problem with the cleanliness of the store in general, I wasn't pleased with the 'we clean these every half hour' signs; Cause clearly they didn't, in the 45 minutes I was there. While not overly dirty, there was the typical t.p. scraps that flutter about and odd dirt bits in the bathroom. Food was acceptable. I will say by that point I was so hangry I'm not sure I even really tasted or enjoyed it. But it didn't upset my stomach and it passed the smell test. The kitchen appeared to be clean, and overall in good general order."

"They NEVER fix your food right!! It was supposed to be a breakfast steak crunch wrap!!! WHERE'S THE EGG?!!!! I'VE STOPPED going to Taco Bell all together. I'm tired of giving my money & I don't get what I ordered or the food is thrown together. I've started eating at home more (Crock-Pot). HEALTHIER & CHEAPER!!!!"

"Food was soggy, really soggy. People were and always are very sweet, hense the two stars. Food pantry was room temp at best and just not good. We did receive everything this time but it was all crammed in one little bag-the very bottom taco was dripping wet. Some quality control needs to happen."
