"December 28th, i visited with my family for my son's 6th birthday. Service was slow, orders were made incorrectly and items were missing. It took almost 15 minutes to have the orders corrected. My family all developed food poisoning the following morning. Everyone except my 6 year old has recovered. He has been throwing up, unable to eat or drink since the 29th. We had to take him to Lee's Hill for emergency treatment for dehydration. This will be the last time we visit this location."

"I literally ordered a triple cheeseburger meal with only cheese . I got a Mc double with no cheese. Smh. Also I had to wait almost 20 min parked to bring out my mc chicken and fries. The workers kept walking up to me asking if an order was mine numerous times and it was for other customers. By the time I got back home to eat I was already too tired to go back. I was in the drive through line for 15 min before I could place the order with only one car ahead Terrible service"
