"Happened that i bought a box of small fuses, and i opened it ( little bit)in front of the shop. (Didn't tear it up) to find out it is the wrong one. I gently asked if i can replace it with the right one. As it is still not touched or used. Simply they say they can't. Till here it is ok. It was my fault. But to find out later it is ok to return it. And everyone i know said it should be returned. I just hated that they didn't even asked me to check it out to see if (maybe)they can try to return it."
