"I must say this is by far my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to visit, this sign here tells no lies! I’m usually a little nervous when using public restrooms because I’m always expecting for it to be dirty due to the fact some of them are always dirty, but this store here lives up to their sign not only in the restroom but throughout the entire store. The service is friendly and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend this place for your next stop."
"When the right manager is working that place just quickly hums like a well oiled machine. When she isn’t there, the service is super slow with employees just standing around talking or on their phones."
"Forced to use the drive thru as the main restaurant was closed do to staffing shortage. Donuts were just fair but the coffee was good."
"Stopped here this morning for a quick breakfast. The drive thru line was out of control, so I parked at Lidl and walked into the store. Service was fast, everything was clean, and coffee and sandwich were very good."
"I had gone into the store one day to order donuts, specifically the munchkins. I'm very selective on which ones I want and they change with various stores. I found out that I can't actually order to a person that I have to use their kiosk. I turn around and walked out. It also seemed to be a fun place for the employees to play around at. Another friend of mine also had the same type of experience. I don't want to use a kiosk and I'm not going to the drive-thru. You have employees working there doing nothing because of the kiosk. I can't really fault them because they probably are not allowed to speak with people anymore other than to put the food up for my understanding this is a problem with this franchisee with several other stores. You're losing customers."
