Starbucks

"If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most consistently inconsistent location. Very slow service! They never fix your drink how you ask. EVERYTIME I have gotten coffee here it’s been cold. I started asking for steamed creamer with espresso shot in hopes of it being hotter and same thing luke warm like tap water. Wait 10mins in drive thru for your order to be wrong then go inside and wait 20 mins to get the right order bc there is usually only 2 people working here at a time. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN! Came through the drive through at 4:47 to get coffee with steamed creamer and espresso and was literally given coffee that was COLD. It is now 5:13pm and I’m still standing inside to get another cup of coffee in replacement…"

"One of the largest and most spacious Starbucks I’ve ever been too. LOTS of room! Add to that fast and friendly staff and you get an awesomely welcoming coffee shop to come and hangout at."

"Waited 55 minutes for 2 drinks and 4 food items. Longest wait I’ve ever had at a Starbucks, there were only 6 people inside waiting for their food or to place an order, no line outside for the cars either. Sweet workers, but it truly shouldn’t take that long to reheat some food and make two drinks."

"We pulled off the highway to get coffee. Other people in there had been waiting 35 min for their orders!!! At a coffee house! They had 4 ppl working, apparently a ton of mobile orders, and a huge drive-thru line so the people that actually got out of their cars and went inside had to wait behind all those lazy people's orders. Totally unfair. They need a better system to accommodate those who are actually in the restaurant waiting. So we ordered just coffee so we could get it quickly which we did, but then we had to interrupt them to get cream as it wasn't out anywhere. Then the coffee was not even hot and tasted as if it had been sitting for hours, which I'm sure it had been with too few employees to handle things. UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE!!"
