After taking awful language on the phone from the rep awhile trying to remain calm, it seems to have got me nowhere. Would not recommend this business. Firestone and jiffy lube has done a better job. Also they will pressure you to buy services for your car and is an aggressive when it comes to their sales, making a very uncomfortable environment for the customer."

I left the negative review because of how disrespectful and rude you were towards not just me, today, but to my husband when he first brought the vehicle in. We let it go the first time. According to many other reviews it seems like a common response. Maybe someone needs to reflect on how they speak to customers. And no sir, I am not entitled, great name calling, seems very professional."
