"For the past 3-4 visits over the course of about a year, the restaurant is not clean. Tables remain unwiped, trash is overflowing, and the condiment/drink station is poorly stocked and covered in straw wrappers. Mobile orders are not moved out from behind the counter, but the mobile order station is still present, so there are people waiting for their orders for 10-15 minutes before realizing they need to ask someone for their food."

"Ordered delivery with 2 bowls and 2 large chips. I received enough of both to make not enough even a full bowl or chips. Tried calling the store and to talk to customer service. No answer at the store and good luck talking to the automatic pepper. Don't waste your money there."

"This was probably the best chipotle location I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Not only was the bowl packed super fat but they also prepared extremely rapidly and all surfaces were extremely clean. Health inspected should be please."

"Delicious fresh food. Create your own bowl, burritos, tacos or salad with your choice of protein, rice and toppings. Plenty of hot sauces available also. Friendly service. Reasonably clean in the dining section and food preparation section was clean. Good prices and large portions."

"Ordered from Harrisonburg Chipotle 5/22/23 for pick up. Order 1: bowl with white rice/steak/veggies/sour cream/corn/cheese/mild salsa. Side of queso and chips. Order 2: Bowl with extra white rice/Barbarcoa/Sour Cream/Corn/Cheeee. We received two orders that were a mixture of the two, very small portions, missing chips, and one bowl was cold. I arrived to pick up and waited for the order to be completed. Bowl 1: Bowl with little white rice, a couple of pieces of steak, 2 strips of green pepper, 3 strips of onion, sour cream, cheese. No mild salsa, no chips. Bowl 2: Bowl with little white rice, barbacoa, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese. This was $28-$30. We definitely did not get what we should have for the inflated price we paid. Customer Service at this store is increasingly getting worse. Store managers will not answer the phone to discuss issues."
