Wendy's

"On December 16, 2023, at 20:26, we had dinner at Wendy's. However, upon reviewing our bank statement a few days later, we discovered that Wendy's had charged us twice for the same order. To address this issue, we contacted Manager Jenny at the store and informed her about the situation. She acknowledged the problem and assured us that she would call us back once the rush subsided. Unfortunately, she never followed through on her promise. After a couple of days, we reached out to Manager Jenny again, and she mentioned that she would send us a check. However, she needed our information, which she would obtain during her return call, as she was currently occupied. Regrettably, she never contacted us again. Additionally, we spoke with another individual who claimed to be a manager, but his behavior was even more unprofessional than Jenny's. It appears that she takes pleasure in playing games. Throughout my 73 years of life, including 27 years of serving in the military, I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism at my favorite take-out restaurant. Sadly, it seems like $40 has gone to waste. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment."

"I ordered 2 large fries and the containers were less than half full and the lady I talked to for a refund didn't want to give me a refund because she said it was too much paperwork. I'm disappointed with the service overall."

"During lunch the store is really busy that’s why our order came out a bit later than expected. The store is clean but slippery in the counter and around the soda fountain. Associates were nice."

"This Wendy's location is an easy access off the I81/33E exit. It is easy to get back on the interstate. The food was fresh and service was excellent. I love their taco salad with chili. Rick loves a great chicken sandwich and crispy fries. We both gave 5 stars for meal quality. Rick also tried the strawberry frosty and stated it was just as flavorful as the chocolate Frosty. Now he has a choice the next time we come through. Also by request: they will make an Arnold Palmer iced tea (half unsweetened tea/half lemonade) that is refreshingly delish! Try it yourself and tell them it came highly recommended in our 5 Star google review! The dining room, condiment station and bathrooms were CLEAN. All told we had a great dining in experience. We will be back!"
