"This was our first time eating at Outback. And it definitely won’t be our last! We were so impressed with everything. The atmosphere was great and the seasoned Ribeye was the best ever! As well as the delicious stuffed baked potato and Caesar salad! The staff were super friendly, especially our Server, Sarah! She was busy, yet so attentive and friendly! "Had an excellent meal but the service was even better! Everyone we had contact with from the hostess to the manager were awesome! Our waitress Anna did amazing and never once let my drink run dry and constantly checked in on us making sure we didn’t need anything. The only, I guess complaint I could say I had was that my steak was slightly cold but I’m honestly grasping at straws with that because it was cooked to a perfect medium rare and still tasted amazing. It had been quite a while since we had been to Outback in Harrisonburg due to a sub par experience before but after this trip, redemption was achieved and would gladly go back again!"

"Visited here with family 2 hours before closing on Christmas eve. Staff did a great job making up for being out of stock of alot of items! They were very helpful, courteous of our big party, and really made us feel appreciated! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!"

"Skye was an amazing server! She was super attentive and very very sweet. We didn’t feel rushed, but we also didn’t feel like we were sitting for a while. She was warm and welcoming and I would definitely come sit in her section again."

"First, let me say that our server, Madison, was excellent from start to finish! My surf n' turf (filet & lobster) was absolutely scrumptious! Even though the filet appeared to be charred on the outside at first glance, it did not taste charred at all. I ordered it medium-rare and it was cooked to perfection! The carrots in the vegetable medley were a bit undercooked but the rest of the vegetables were perfect. I did add on shrimp to my entree for an extra cost. 4 shrimp came with my plate and I will say they were a bit dry, but overall the meal was amazing. My son ordered the chicken tenders for kids and he said they tasted bad. But, I often find with kids that they can eat something one day and think it's the best thing since sliced bread and then eat the exact same thing the next day and swear is horrible! Lol Just to be sure, I tried one of his chicken tenders and they tasted fine. I think maybe the fryer oil might have needed to be changed because they did seem to have that "old oil" taste to them, but I certainly wouldn't say they were bad. He ate all his fries and of course that whole loaf of awesome bread they bring you so he definitely didn't go hungry! Overall, I give our experience, meal and service, ☆☆☆☆☆'s! We love Outback and I was so glad to enjoy a date night with my little guy (he's 11 so not so "little" anymore!)"
