McDonald's

"NO NAPKINS. A RESTAURANT, WITHOUT NAPKINS. PLENTY OF STORES RIGHT DIWN THE STREET. PLENTY OF OTHER MCDS TO BORROW FROM. UNBELIEVABLE Employees are sooo rude. Does McDonald's even train employees in hospitality anymore? Seams like every store has the rudest people ever. Spanish music blaring from the kitchen, tv loud in the lobby, rude people, the windows have no covering so the sun shine ends ruining half the seats in the lobby and the sun shines right in your face when your trying to order, employees cussing constantly. I had to listen to the employees cussing the whole time because I had to wait 9 minutes on one mcmuffin. And, this is probably the best mcds in Rockingham county. Pathetic."

"This McDonald's has Became so horrible over the last month I don't know if it's management or what but they have gotten so much slower.... I was in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes waiting and then I accepted the food to be great since I waited but no that's what was worse the food was horrible fries were cold burger had no flavor it was dry and old I'm still not sure why it took them so long please get this store back to the way it was please"

"It is so rare that I eat at fast food places like this ... however, this was definitely not fast... I used the kiosk to place my order, and it literally took about 20 minutes or so to get my 4pc Nuggets, small fry & iced Carmel frapp.. While I was waiting, I noticed the combo 6pc nuggs & small fry were only $3.50+tax, which was cheaper than my 4pc Nuggets & fry. So I asked the young associate if I could adjust my order/price & she didn't know how, so she went to ask the manager who didn't seem to understand what I was asking. The manager did and 2 more Nuggets to my order, which was great, but I still paid more than what I should've for them. Once my food order came up, l still had to wait another 3-4min for the carmel frapp.. I guess with the confusion in my order request, they forgot about it. Hopefully, the process will be better for other patrons, but for me, it will be a long time before I revisit."

"i wanted to have breakfast at 1034am and they had stopped serving at 1030. cashier looked like he was being bothered when i asked him to see if there is any thing left from breakfast. before he could ask the pple in the back and female cashier jumped in the conversation said its lunch time. cashier came back and said they "dumped everything from breakfast " he then points to the menu on the wall and says thats what we have. 4 mins good lord have mercy on us all for we dont know any better."

"The staff here was very nice and my food was good, but the restaurant seemed understaffed and some of equipment was broken down."
