"I was not at all satisfied with my service and quality of my beverage. I cam in on Satruday, 05/13. I ordered hot coco and coffee. I was told it would take ten minutes to brew my coffee, which I didn't mind, except that the person who took my order didn't act as if they wanted to brew it. I also ordered a hot coco. When I left with it, all of the chocolate was at the bottom of the cup, so I had to mix it all together to get the chocolate blended so I could taste it. It didn't mix well and I am not at all happy with Joe Muggs at all. Very disappointded in the quality of your store."

"Moderately acceptable cup of coffee, but my mug came about 2/3 full. For 7 bucks after tip, it was a little disappointing. 3 stars instead of two because it had been a pretty solid place in the past."
