"Great Service and friendly staff. However the specialty drinks are flat (lacking flavor) and served medium warm. Seems to be more expensive. Better than Starbucks but not as good as GoodBerry"

"Egg bites are awesome! The Butter Bear is also awesome and the coffee is top notch! There are other non-coffee drinks as well but if you like great coffee this is the place to go. (The people that work there are awesome too)"

"Food and drinks are really good. If you don’t like cream cheese make sure to tell them to leave it off your breakfast sandwich. Although it makes it really good. A bit expensive but what isn’t now a days. Not a huge fan of the inside atmosphere but I’m also a bit of a snob when it comes to that. Employees have always been friendly and helpful."

"We enjoyed our experience at Biggby. We got a Mango Blood Orange and a Matcha tea, and the drinks were pretty good. They were a little on the sugary side, but Biggby's venue was super cool, and their niche drinks are going to be a great fit in Harrisonburg. They also have a drive thru. Bring more like this to the area!"

"A much needed addition to this end of town! My fiance and I were just talking about how we could really use an actual coffee shop near Stone Spring. AND they have sugar free flavor options!! I opted for a sugar-free iced hazelnut latte, or "Nutty Buddy" and it was delcious! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They have lots of seating, energy drinks, travel mugs, and coffee to purchase as well. We will return to try other stuff and report back!"
