"Horrible customer service, basically told me a console is worthless without a controller told me to go get a new controller just to buy it off of me for 60 dollars then sell the console and the controller separately. What a joke"
"What a joke of a shop. Don't waste your time here. Plenty of other pawnshops in the area."
"STRONGLY DON’T RECOMMEND!! If you want to sell and get a reasonable offer, go somewhere else. Only lowball offers and even go back on their words. I brought in a barely used record player/radio that was 130-150 new and 115-120 used in good condition, they were all extremely fascinated by it then gave me the craziest price change I’ve ever had. Will never shop there again."
"When this was Valley Pawn, it was ten times better, the service, the interaction, even the help. Since the new owner took over, it has been nothing but downhill and terrible customer service, it's like nobody wants to work there. Anyway I have found another store, and wouldn't be much surprised if this store went out of business. (NOT RECOMMENDED)"
"I should probably be thanking them. I went in there to buy a Jackson Mark Morton series guitar, but the guy behind the counter was too busy playing an acoustic guitar along with the radio to help me. When I walked closer to him to see about getting help, he turned around and walked away, all while still playing his guitar. Seeing that I was being ignored, I left there and found the guitar of my dreams at another store, so happy ending. I just want to make sure everyone understands why that black Jackson is still there. While he didn’t seem that good to me, the employee must be an amazing guitar player because Smart Pawn basically paid him $1,000 to play guitar that morning"
