"I have ordered from her multiple times. Fast service, milk tea teas are good, and the tapioca pearls are nice and chewy. My personal favorite is the taro but all of them are good. I'm giving 4 stars since when I went one day at 8:20(40 minutes before closing) it seemed that they were already closed."

"First off, I want to say that I love teadm and I've been going for years. The selection is fantastic, the coffee is excellent, and service is prompt. However, I dread going to this location. As you see in the photo, the Vietnamese coffee I always get with "less ice" just looks like half a drink. From this location I get consistently poor service from one young man. And if you are unlucky enough to ask why, in all the years you've been coming to the store, do you get different service and quantity whenever he makes your drink (and it is JUST him) you will be rewarded with condescension. The first time he ever served me I got less than half a container of liquid, despite his insistence that "he measured it". Well, there are other locations that won't leave me frustrated and unhappy... See you later Vienna, it's been nice!"

"It wasn’t that good.. the staff were all young, and most knew almost nothing about boba. They didn’t ask me about the sugar levels or ice levels or anything. The wait was about 5 minutes and the result was a toxic, soapy tasting boba. It’s a shame- it was a cute place but not good food."
