"Terrible experience. Went in for a wrap middle of the afternoon and it took a while to get it despite noone being in the store. Then the food was bad: the rice was way undercooked and hard, there was barely any chicken in the wrap, and worst of all, the slaw side looked and tasted old. Took 2 bites of the slaw and threw it away."
"Ordered curbside because I have a baby in the car. I was parked out front of the store and could see my order sitting there so I called. The woman picked up the phone and then hung up on me - I saw her clear as day do it! So I had to leave my baby in the car and go inside because of their laziness. We’ve had other poor experiences at this location as well. Really disappointing because we love TSC."

"Finally I was able to eat my Tropical Smoothie Cafe meal inside the restaurant. The beach like ambience makes it relaxing to eat in the dinning room. I had the Chipotle Chicken Flatbread. It was very good. The zesty sauce used gave the flatbread pop like flavor. I also had my favorite Mocha Madness smoothie. Overall I had a great experience eating at Tropical Smoothie Cafe off Picket Rd in Fairfax."
"No idea how good the smoothies are but I'm obsessed with their southwest wrap for breakfast. All fresh ingredients, cooked to order, and it's only $3.60, the same cost for a microwaved frozen sandwich from everywhere else. Just look at this thing!"
