"This chicken was horrible, tasted gamey and tough. The breading was did not taste like KFC at all. This franchise location is not using KFC techniques and must be changing the methods of making the chicken. I lived in India for 3 years and the KFC there tasted more authentic than this location. AVOID this place!"

"I would avoid this location not only do they not allow app ordering and you pay higher prices than normal taco bell. I paid over 22$ for 2 power bowls 1 small drink and large Nacho fries. The prices at this location are insane compare to other locations. Avoid unless you can't wait to go else where."

"My wife ordered food online. I showed up a little early to pick it up. Walked up to the counter at the exact pickup time. The food wasn't ready yet. It took another 10 minutes to be ready. Got home, opened the bag, and one whole meal that was ordered wasn't even there. Not going to waste my time going back. I have gotten food from this location for over a decade. Never again. Not ordering from ever again. Recommend everyone else do the same."

"This is a shared Restaurant with Taco Bell. I've never eaten in the restaurant. I just picked up orders I placed through the app. The location has minimal parking near the building but there is plenty of parking in the side lot of the shopping center and middle as well. If you're mobility challenged, have someone drop you off, then park as the spots open might be quite a walk. This shopping center is very busy most of the day and night. The drive thru is quick and efficient. The staff are very friendly and quick to help. The food is always hot (or cold) and they pack bags/boxes very well. I've not used their restrooms but the dining area is always clean. The dining area can get loud with a lot of people though."

"The building is always cold no matter what season so best bring a light sweatshirt. The food is actually pretty good compared to other KFCs I've gone to, but what makes me give this a 3 star is the staffing. There is 1 really nice guy that I like talking to, but everyone else is just not as accommodating. The dining area is kept relatively clean, but the restrooms never seem to be well stocked. If you're taking it to go then this is the place to be."
