"My father and I go fairly often but will be finding a new place for pre-trip coffee/tea. The coffee tastes watered-down, they don't put a heat sleeve on the cups, and they don't put the heat stoppers in unless you ask. These are things they automatically at other establishments. If you are a Starbucks person, find another store."

"Every single time I come here, the drink I get is done differently. VS when I go to ANY other Starbucks, the drink is the always consistent. I have to ask every single time, what’s in this drink? It never tastes or looks the same as the day before, and is completely off from the rest of the brand. Also every time I get a drink here I get super itchy.
