"I never leave reviews but I have finally been inspired to after the ridiculous amount of bad experiences I have had here, I only keep giving it a shot bc it is right next to my house. Consistently wrong order, and the rudest staff around. Avoid if you can, worth it to go somewhere else, even if it’s a little more out of the way."

"I give it another try to this location after a few unfortunate experiences and I am glad to see they got new baristas with a much better attitude and service. The store was clean and everything was looking good!"

"As is the case with nearly every Starbucks these days, the service seems to have decreased significantly. Even a simple black coffee with should take less than a minute takes on average 25 minutes. This has been the norm with nearly every location I’ve gone to and this location is sadly no different despite it not being very crowded."

"Update: Another wonderful experience at this location. Tonight we were greeted and helped by Holly, Alexa and Lynn. They were patient with our order requests and really made my daughter feel special. Thank you all for still having a smile on your face even during one of the busiest weeks in America (Thanksgiving). Starbucks (Centrewood) has been a wonderful, consistent supporter of our local Elementary School’s PTA for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The manager, Katie, is kind and responsive and I’m so happy to call this Starbucks my “home base”! The staff here is also super nice and cheery and the drinks and food are always top notch. Thank you Starbucks for your continued partnership and all you do to support our community!"
