"Ordered my food fresh and waited like 12 minutes in drive thru and then I got a hard thin rubbery chicken patty with a hair and the patty resembles the cheaper chicken sandwiches and soggy cold fries .... this place has been one of my favorites but I'm switching to burger King next door."

"Wendy’s has always been my preferred fast food. But this restaurant absolutely stinks!!! Do not go here. The server kept her back to all of us. Three couples were behind me, she didn’t acknowledge us, and she thought the french fries was more important than taking our order. Do not go here. You will be disappointed."

"Disrespectful cashier. Fredy couldn't own up to the fact he made a mistake by providing two frostys by accident, and then asking for it back. I had redeemed a free 4 piece nugget and in the confusion, the drive thru window was slammed in my face. I was ignored after that and never received the rest of my order. The correct order was one free mild nuggets and two additional nuggets as part of the two 4 for 4 meal deals that I ordered. Already made a complaint to customer service regarding this issue."

"I've consistently enjoyed great service from the friendly staff at the drive-thru. This Wendy's is located on a road behind Rt. 28 between the I66 interchange and Upperidge Rd. The drive-thru is a little hard to find, to the right and toward the front, since it's not connected to the building where you enter. This is right around the corner from the place I have my eyebrows threaded, Sthree Skin Care, in Centreville, so super convenient for me! I have only been through their drive-thru, usually to just grab a large chocolate Frosty and maybe a 10-pc spicy nuggets at this location on my way home. Love it!"
