"Ordered online for pickup. Food was not ready as stated. Had to wait 15 additional minutes before food was ready. Staff member was nice but a young guy. Staff member checked the bag before giving me my food to go. Took the food to the office and realized that Bonchon forgot to include my kimchi that I ordered. I called back up to the restaurant to make it known and the young staff member answered. He didn't seem to care too much about forgetting to put my kimchi in the bag and he gave a half hearted "I'm sorry"."

"So we usually order from here and know the size of the wraps now. We decided to order two wraps from here and it seems like they made one and cut it in half and charged us for two... were paying almost $20 for each of these things and yet we get half a wrap... this is a bit ridiculous i expect to get a full wrap for that price."

"Walked in the restaurant and the tables were dirty. The customer service was horrible. Two guys did nothing but play on their phones and watch TikTok. Once they took our order they never came back to check up on us or offer any refills on our drinks. I had to yell across the restaurant to see where I had to pay or if he had to come to us. I guess this is why the restaurant is empty. Tip for the manger… get better employees or quit so that someone who cares can give this restaurant a fighting chance to be good."

"No runny egg yolk, No green vegetable, only strips of romaine lettuce and so much rice in their bimbimbap. The chicken was very good and a good level of spiciness."

"We usually get their wings. I love the flavor. The chicken pieces are smaller (obviously) compared to the drumsticks but they hold way more flavor. We get half and half. The soy garlic is really good somewhat sweet and salty. The spicey one isn’t overwhelming which we like. It has a nice kick but won’t leave your tongue burning."
