"Display was well stocked this morning, but not the coffee urns. Place was clean especially for a late morning shift. Used the kiosk to order initially, but there was some hiccup so ordered from the app while inside. Took a few mins for the Pick2 to come out, I was happy with the experience. No boo boo with my order today."

"I walked in at 7pm. There was nothing left. A few muffins and pastries scattered all over the display counter. They looked like they had seen better days. I asked what time they closed and was told 9pm. I asked the price of a pastry and was told $3.89 (with tax it was over $4.00.) The food looked so bad and the store itself looked bare and I got the distinct feeling this was more about them making money and the customer really did not figure into the equation. I walked out. Panera you can do better."

"Don't pre order for pickup. If you do, expect your order to overlooked, late or wrong. It's better to go in and order on the computer kiosk and wait. Also, sometimes the bathroom needs attention. Stinky."

"I've had better experience at Panera. We ordered two sandwiches. One came wrong and the second was not grilled as it usually comes. When I approached the manager he didn't even offer to replace the order. We swallowed the food but it was not pleasant."

"WORTS service ever! I am a frequent customer of panera but this one has the worst customer service, they are rude. I just bought this sandwich and the last time I was there the cream was spoiled and at no time did they help me, on the contrary they ignored me when I asked for help."
