"The cashier who took my order was nice however his coworker was sitting on the counter playing a game on his phone. While I understand it is slow there is no reason to sit on a countertop behind the counter in an establishment that serves food or drink (really anywhere). There was also a glob of hair on the floor and the floor was sticky."

"Sadly I have to say this location is just a miss for me. The last few times my drink has always just never been quite right. The cashiers are polite and the place is clean. But I don't think I'll be returning due to the inconsistent flavor in the drinks."

"We are used to having bubble teas in KungFu tea; however this one is not ok for us. We ordered little sugar(30% or less) 4 cups and got all with 100 +% auger. The staff did wrote little sugar(30%) on the cups in front of us. No idea why they ignored."
