"I had to return for a quesadilla I had ordered as it was not in the bag I ask the manager for a fresh quesadilla she gave me the same one I noticed cause it was cold. I had also ordered Nachos bell grande the they look like I just only order nachos not bell grande that then became cold and soggy because I had to go back.it was during lunch time"

"My tacos all had lettuce and I didn’t get my fiesta potatoes. I called and got no apology and was told she put the potatoes in my bag herself. She told me to bring back my whole order but it was after 1 am so I decided not to"

"One of the worst taco bells. The bathroom is locked now. How are you supposed to wash hands and prevent another pandemic? These fools locked it up to avoid having to clean at the end of day. Not customer service related. The tacos are smaller with less meat and prices continue to rise! Stay away from this location. The restaurant next to it is a safe bet with accessible bathrooms!"

"Food was pretty good, typical. Was pretty busy this time. Order was correct even with it being a big order while they were busy. The avocado ranch dipping sauce is on point!! Totally worth it!"

"Just waited 30 mins in a drive thru line for cold food!!!! If the manager is training a new employee maybe she could think about doing intelligently by not assigning them to drive thru when there is 8 people waiting 30mins. Her smile did not make up for returning home with cold food. I paid 13bucks for nothing. ht cold cold cold food bc there is no accountability anymore."
