"Came in for an alignment, and left with dents on my rear passenger door panel. The dent and scratches seemed to be from careless opening of the door. I just bought the car and the damages were not there before i dropped it off. The alignment specs were good, however I'm very disappointed with how the car was treated. I never give the mechanics a hard time in my life. However i am very disappointed with the unprofessional care of my vehicle. I brought the issue up with the front desk guy and he told me it was "bird doo doo". Yeah ok buddy must be a bird that drops some heavy dung In addition, my front passenger wheel well panel trim popped off after driving it 5 minutes down the road. Now the panel doesn't sit flush with the vehicle anymore where as it did before. I bought the lifetime alignment service with them. I regret it now seeing how they treated my vehicle. If you have a new vehicle i DO NOT recommend taking it here for anything."
"Extremely disappointed! The advertised deal was buy 2 tires, get 2 free, totaling $586 for all four. However, post-installation, they demanded $795. It took me five hours and now I’m asking them to remove the tires as I no longer want them. Another unfortunate experience occurred when I arrived on my scheduled appointment last Wednesday, expecting a full service. However, after spending two hours there, they only managed to install three tires and apologized for being short one tire. Consequently, they reinstalled my old tires and rescheduled the completion for the following day. When I returned the next day, the same issue persisted, resulting in this frustrating situation. And now After your store removed their tires from my rims, they failed to rebalance them with my old tires. Now, the vehicle shakes significantly and produces a lot of noise. Who will take responsibility for this issue? Should I spend an additional 5 hours and more money rectifying this problem caused by your dishonest staff?"
"I wanted to take the time to bring attention to the extraordinary customer service and care I always receive at this location. The manager Chris has been a professional and personable ray of light since my very first experience over a year ago. He has such great rapport with his team and the attitude amongst the entire staff is to do their best to ensure customers are satisfied! The manager Victor is also very helpful and continuously helps facilitate tasks for operations to run smoothly and values the opinion of the employees along with care for the customers . I have worked with the technician Dominic who has serviced my car routinely and helped it remain in good condition. I can’t thank them enough for helping me keep my car serviced as our vehicle is a valued asset and can only be as good as those who help us maintain it. I also have worked with the technician Juan who is very skillful and professional as well and amazing ! This is an OUTSTANDING place of service and the team is phenomenal!!! The individual driving the other vehicle, whom I believe is named Evan, did not apologize and responded with a shrug and a chuckle. On a positive note, Kris at the front desk and the manager displayed kindness and professionalism throughout the incident."
