"Unfortunately, I had a poor experience here. I had to wait for my order for almost half an hour. There were may be 4 people ahead of me waiting for their order when I placed mine, and seemed like their staff doesn't really care about what's going on. One of the staff members was busy with the containers and dishes. The other one was just hanging out like it's a party, and then the guy who was preparing the orders didn't know anything about food apparently. He didn't know the ingredients to anything and no one was helping him either. It was just a waste of time and money since my order wasn't as per expectations either, when I order a javachip frappe and got something which felt like a stale sweet milkshake. Worst experience at a Starbucks inside target. Worst!!! I would seriously request the management to pay attention to the quality of service and waiting times here, otherwise you might start losing business right and left before you know it. If you need to, please hire more staff and train them to respect customer's time. Thank you"

"Asked for a White Chocolate Mocha w/ 2 pumps of caramel syrup. They put ZERO coffee in my cup. It's straight syrup. Mocha's are not straight white. No it's not whip on the top either I stirred it around and the entire drink is white. Thank you for the expensive cup of syrup."
