Chipotle Mexican Grill 10303 Bristow Center Drive, Bristow, VA 20136

"AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!! This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever experienced. Everytime I go (ONLY ON THREE OCCASIONS) there out of something and they don't tell you until you get to the end of the line. I went one-time 30 mins before closing. The door was locked. I was like is the time wrong on the door. The boy swung the door open. I said are yall closed I can leave he said "we close in a couple minutes"..I said 30 mins right. The lady kept saying "can I help you loudly "as I simply didn't want to be an inconvenience if yall trying to leave early I will leave. She had an attitude and they were out of queso. Mind you they had broken down the whole area they were ready to go! 30 mins early smh LOL. Today was the last straw you made a freaking salad bowl. You knew you didn't have any dressing before the food came down the line. The cashier said "oh im out". Im like well i dont want a salad if yall are out. Who wants a dry salad. Then this guy said I found one throws it in the bag. Yall it's like less than a teaspoon. I said what is this? She looked me dead in the face and said that's a regular amount. The sevice is trash! The always are running out of stuff. The staff always have attitudes. Run away don't jog!!"

"Today my chicken quesadilla had no chicken. 3 ingredients: tortilla, cheese, chicken. I also ordered a side of the vinaigrette, that wasn't in the bag. The last few times, the quesadilla has not been browned, cheese barely melted. This used to be the best location, now it's not worth my time or money."

"The staff that work here must genuinely be the most mentally deficient people on the planet. I've ordered steak bowl on rice with salsas for delivery twice from this location and both times I've gotten a steak bowl with no salsa and sour cream instead. How is it possible to screw up so consistently? Chipotle needs to fix their hiring policies."

"Last several times Ive gone here the food has been very bland and seemingly unseasoned. Pretty disappointing but not the end of the world. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt however the most recent visit the beans were not even cooked properly. They were hard and inedible. Gross. Theres no excuse for getting uncooked food."

"Poor experience.. Ordered chicken and was billed for steak. The staff also serves very little protein with your order and makes up the difference in other areas like rice, beans, condiments, etc I went during lunch so there was the lunchtime rush but this is not an excuse for messing up several peoples orders. There is a language challenge where most of the staff does not speak English. Second there is this massive rush to get everyone in and out as fast as possible. What happens here is many mistakes are made. For example I was billed wrong, they forgot my chips and salsa. Just slow down for one more minute and you can get the persons order right and everyone can be happy. I would not go back to this location simply because of the poor service."
