"I ordered ahead and my husband went inside to pick up the order. As soon as my husband came in the car the flatbread felt cold. I opened it and everything was cold! I went back inside and the manager gave a lame excuse to why it was cold. They obv didn't heat up the flatbread sandwich. I was annoyed and I wont be going back after always giving them the benefit of doubt, many years later they still suck."
"If i could i would leave 0 stars. One of your employees, Ariana S is highly highly rude. I walked in this morning asked her how she was doing; she ignored me. I proceed to order and then when I say one thing she asks me “are you done” as if she was rushing me and I was wasting her time. She starts making my food and when she is done making it she slams it on the counter and walks away. She doesn’t say thank you , she doesn’t say have a good day. She just slams my food and walks off. Very very rude and unprofessional. In all honesty she is lucky I did not go off as much as I wanted to."
"I place an order for a delivery and ordered a smoothie and a salad. I paid extra fee for extra dressing! When it got delivered the extra dressing wasn’t there. I called the place and all they can say is sorry it’s my first day and there’s nothing I can do! What a worst customer service!!!"
