"I’ve been at rice tire since 8:30am they let 4 trucks get done in front of me that came hours after me. Came in for two drop tires and to plug a front tire. It’s 13:30 just got drop tires on and still have to plug front tire. Been here all day this is unacceptable way to treat repeat customers. Employees that do what they want to do instead of doing trucks in order. I will NOT be coming here again for tires. Waste of my whole day. This is pathetic."
