"This was literally the best pit stop for a quick lunch we have had in a while. We got the BBQ sandwiches with coleslaw and it was a huge serving and the spicy sauce was delicious. Great coleslaw too that added a little sweet to the heat. Guys doing the cooking and servicing were friendly and organized/efficient. Great experience and would definitely stop again!"
"Go there all the time, best barbecue I’ve ever had. All the other food is excellent too…"
"The food is so worth a wait in line and for them to prep. This is our favorite local BBQ and can't be beat. The burnt ends are a family favorite. Get there early for the full selection because they do sometimes sell out of certain items. Parking can get dicey at times during peak farmer's market hours but we've always been able to find a spot."
"Simply the best ribs I've ever had. I didn't even want ribs but they were sold out of everything else. Little did I know they would be the best I've ever had. Not only that each side I sampled was the best I ever had! Cornbread... best ever. Baked beans... best ever. Coleslaw... excellent. And they have a strawberry cake that is out of this world. It's family-owned and the proprietor said he makes six briskets everyday and they're sold out in the afternoon. He said also it's best to come before 6 p.m. to get what you want. I cannot praise this place enough."
"I'm no BBQ expert, but I know good food when I taste it. These guys know what they are doing. I had a half rack of ribs today that changed my world. I recommend ordering the BBQ sauce on the side. My daddy always said if the ribs are done right they don't need sauce. The bad news is you may have to stand in line for a while for a taste. But it's worth it. I can't believe some of the reviews on here. Too long of a wait? Kids are late for soccer practice or whatever? Who cares."
