Chick-fil-A

"Went to Haymarket Chick fil a on Saturday and got my usual Cobb salad. This time it was not so good. The Cobb salad chicken was nothing but fried breading with little to no chicken. This has happened before . This chick fil a location is not what the franchise location reputation was built on. I doubt this is my go to place in the future for lunch. What a shame. This franchise s slipping."

"NEVER thought I'd give Chick fil a such a low rating but, my ENTIRE order was wrong! When you come to chick fil a, do you actually check your order because they are PERFECT 99% of the time. This was DEFINITELY the 1%. Wrong sandwiche, wrong requested sauces.. Just a disaster"

"This Chick-fil-A has gone down hill a lot in the last 2 years. If I order from drive thru or curbside pick up, I am guaranteed something is wrong with my order. Whether it is from no utensils or straws, to missing sauces or ingredients to salads. It is very sad to see especially since I tend to go to Chick-fil-A a lot. But lately my visits have been getting less and less, especially at the Haymarket location."

"One of our favorites - our grand daughter's favorite also. Exceptional service - staff is uniformly well-trained...courteous and professional. Quality products and good value for the price. Highly recommended... we go weekly and we plan to continue that pattern. - only drawback is that it is so popular traffic gets backed up and it takes some time to go thru the drive through line. However management has placed people outside and this makes the lines go very quickly! Great job Chik-fil-A!!"

"As usual, I am going around just about all the stores in my area and loving the consistency on service and food. Here, it was no different than the other great visits of mine. Super quick, and they always manage to have a controlled large crowd. Fan for life!"
