"My heat pump went out at 4 pm on Friday and since I still had gas heat, the tech (Ron) came out on Monday morning. He discovered that a wire had shorted and cause one terminal on the capacitor to melt. The capacitor still tested fine but he recommended that he replace it in case there was unseen damage inside that might cause it to fail later. Best part is that he found that the part was still under warranty (for 5 months more) so that saved me money. Ron is always pleasant and willing to share information about my system and it is a pleasure to have him service my system. Climatic is definitely my go-to company for HVAC."

"Sonny Swann and his remarkable team have been providing my family with flawless HVAC service for over 10 years. But, I figured I may have just been expecting too much when I phoned for help on New Year's Eve. Our heating had gone out and my four-year-old grandson was visiting. Climatic quickly dispatched a very cheerful Allen Ruths who managed to diagnose the problem in record time and get the heat back on. Allen and Climatic surely made our New Year celebration happier. "I had Climatic replace both of our 4 ton systems in our home with Carrier Infinity products. I got two additional quotes as well and I'm very happy I went with Climatic. They not only matched the lowest quote price wise, but they have shown me that they take pride in ownership. Recently we've been having an issue with one of the unit's air cleaners. They have replaced it twice now all under warranty without issue. We also had a small issue with a faulty overflow switch and they quickly replaced it. The only issue I see is that their warranty does not include after hours so just be aware of that. I would highly recommend working with Sonny the owner of the company. If you're looking for an install, make sure he sends his most experienced team including Cliff and Sammy. I would have gone to Climatic even if their price was slightly more then the competition because of the service I received. I also appreciate the fact that when it was time to do our annual servicing which was included for the first year, they took the initiative to e-mail me and schedule it. Great local business which has and will continue to earn our business."
