"My husband and I were dealing with Travis on a 2014 Ford Escape..we test drove it liked it asked if we needed to put a deposit and he said no our word was good. The next day someone scrapped the car. He called right away to tell us it would be in the body shop and he would let us know when it was ready. We were told it was ready and we would get with him on Monday. My husband called today and he told us he sold it. To me this was very bad business. We had been dealing with Travis and should of been notified b4 he sold to someone else. Had it not of been in the body shop the purchase would of been done. BAD business ethics."
