"I ordered some weather stripping and window felts for my car. A piece of chrome from the felt kit was damaged. I contacted auto krafters the same day the parts were delivered. I was basically told that the manufacturer would be handling the issue and to not install any of the felts since the manufacturer could require me to send the whole kit back for a replacement. It has now been a couple of weeks, I have not heard from the manufacturer of the felts at all. Auto krafters was the website I purchased everything from and they were not very helpful to helping me get this resolved. I'm going to attempt to repair the chrome myself so I can just install my parts."
