"On 10/30/23 I dropped my 2022 Ford Bronco off at the Criswell Dealership for them to check over my car because I had gotten a low coolant light and engine running hot on my bronco . On November 1, 2023 I texted Michael the service writer and asked for a rental while my vehicle was in the shop there . He texted me back and said that they did not have any rentals available. I told Michael not my problem it was in my purchase that I would get a loaner if I should have any problems with my vehicle which I was gonna need because the motor blew up in the bronco at 38,034 miles and they were gonna have my vehicle for awhile . I could not get a rental or a loaner from them while my vehicle was in the shop! My bronco had been in the shop for 5 days and I got no updates on my bronco I finally had to text Michael and ask about the status of my bronco ! Michael than texted back The engine has arrived and is being replaced. Estimated completion Monday or Tuesday . On Wednesday afternoon Nov. 8th I went to the dealership to pick up my bronco and was told by the lady at the counter I owed $88.43 . I asked the lady what was this charge for and she said hold on let me ask Michael . Michael comes out and says it’s for the oil change for your bronco , I said the motor blew up and I’m not paying it . Michael stated that they had changed the oil in the old motor in the bronco and saw it had coolant in the oil and charge me for the oil change . I told him flat out not my problem not paying for it the motor blew up . He wanted to argue a little about it but finally I said I’m not going to pay for that and he said ok ! I am not satisfied with Criswell ford or Michael because there where never any follow up calls with the Bronco while it was in the shop ! I had to reach out to them !!!! Overall I am very satisfied with the awesome job the mechanic Dennis Schaeffer do on my bronco he was very thorough and is a great mechanic! Seriously Criswell ford u need to get a better service writer because this one is no good like Tim Neff was !!!!! DO BETTER !"

"we ordered a ford lightning and the dealer answered all our questions promptly while we were waiting to have it built. When we went to purchase it they had the current money incentive already taken off which was not available when we ordered the truck. they also matched our trade in to what carmax had offered for our old truck. All the staff was friendly and helpful."
