"Same great quality food but this location was very slow in taking our order and getting it ready. Fast food should be fast. 15 minutes is too long."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered 5 biggie bags. Was ASKED what kind of sauce we wanted. Told them sweet and sour and BBQ. Got NONE. Fries not even half way full. 3 out of the 5 "bags" were missing 1-2 chicken nuggets. Turned around to get another bag to even out the kids "bags" and was ASKED AGAIN what sauce we wanted. AGAIN, Was given half a Jr size fry, no sauce and 3 small chicken nuggets. 5 hungry mad kids later, we just went to McDonald's. Will not return!!!! *We were the only people in drive thru and the entire dining area was empty* *MULTIPLE young employees standing around by the window instead of working*"

"Clean Wendy’s with friendly staff, nice to see a place with plenty of people working, so many places are understaffed. Our food was good and they had a nice meal deal going on."

"The lobby tables were gross & had trash on them, in the middle of taking my order the girl upfront walked away, the flys in the lobby were horrible. It’s understandable if they were busy, but there was no one in drive thru, in the parking lot and only one family in the lobby when we came in. Not very inviting for a return visit when everything is dirty."

"At first, I thought it was going to be a great experience. Service was quick. The food was hot. I get back on the highway and take one but if my sandwich and it was like rubber. I couldn't even chew it. Sucks to pay $5.19 for a sandwich that you can't eat. 12/5/22 at 1:55pm order #3154"
