"Horrible experience. I brought in a gift to exchange sizes and the woman processed everything like a return and put it all back on the purchaser’s credit card. She took everything from me, even things I was planning on keeping. She told me there was nothing she could do as she took the gift from me and set it on the back counter. She did not apologize and told me to call customer service if I wanted store credit. I walked out of there with nothing, no gift in my baby’s size, no store credit and no apology. If you value your money and your gifts, shop elsewhere."

"This store is well lit, clean and organized. You can find fantastic sales and they always offer coupons for future purchases. I would like to see a better selection for baby boys. They have a very small section for little boys, while half the store is girl clothing. The staff are hit or miss when it comes to customer service. They spend most of the time chit chatting, instead of walking the floor."
