"I've gone through the drive through twice here. The food is good, staff is nice, but both times I was missing items. They are helpful and correct their errors though, as long as you check your order before you drive away!"

"I ordered a breakfast meal online. I accidentally added another drink which I didn’t need. When I realized what had happened and asked if they could take it off because it was a mistake. The guy at the windows snapped at me told me no. That there are no refunds on mobile orders. He was very rude, unprofessional and just disrespectful. I know when I asked I was not ignorant nor did I raise my voice. It was an honest mistake. I don’t understand what happened that warranted that kind of behavior towards me. I go there frequently and never had an issue. If you don’t know how to talk to people you shouldn’t be in customer service you never know what someone is going through. Will can find this person and give us some more training. It’ll benefit the company and your customers."

"When I went, the area was very quiet. The food service was quite fast, although it took a minute for my burger to be made. I especially appreciate the drink machine from coca-cola that has a ton of different flavors for multiple different Coca-Cola products."
