"Bought Stage 3 Camshafts in Aus, they were faulty when I installed them. Got them inspected by 2 workshops to confirm. Messaged Prayoonto for a refund, they told me to send the camshafts back to the states so they can inspect it. I paid for shipping to the states and then Prayoonto completely ghosts me and the distributor they sell to. (The distributor is trying to get into contact with them as well but they stopped replying to them as well) 100% recommend not dealing with these guys. I have messaged on multiple platforms only not to get any replies. Take note it has been multiple months, not sure why they would ask me to ship it back if they were not going to do anything. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE GUYS. DO NOT BUY. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF THE CAMS ARE FAULTY OR WARPED. I have lost more money in this interaction than intended from something that's not even my fault."

"We purchased a cowl from Norris on Black Friday! Yes BLACK FRIDAY and still have no cowl or no refund. The cowl showed up broken in pieces and was shipped back to him from UPS. UPS said they would give him $100 plus the shipping fees and he still has not done anything. Weeks go by with no response. I have all the screen shots to prove it. Norris’s customer service is horrible and he doesn’t care about making things right for his paying customers."
