McDonald's 222 Grocery Avenue, Winchester, VA 22602

"This McDonald's is closest to our house but over the last couple years the service quality has seriously decreased. They have not got a single order right, group or single. And the staff is so incredibly rude. Little blonde girl freaking out yelling at people in line, people in drive through, and door dash. All orders are now at kiosk only and there's only one working. They are all yelling at each other too!!! I think we are done with this restaurant, will just go to the one in town from now on. Really wanted to support local spots at smaller shopping centers but... Too much drama for a breakfast sandwich."

"I always have to check my order before I drive away. On numerous occasions they put onions on my food even though I tell them I am allergic. You have to go out of your way to ADD something to food. It's their job, they should do it"

"So I always go to this McDonald's because it's close to my house but recently I've stopped going. The owners want to charge for sauces and sweet tea refills. The food is almost always good and correct, but the service and state of the business is awful. Last time I went in the ice machine wasn't working and a lady had ordered a frappe. She was told by a manager that they couldn't make it because there was no ice. The lady that was working the registers used common sense and went to the back and got what was left of the ice to make the frappe. Today I went in and surprise surprise both of the kisosks weren't working. My main issue with this place is they are penny pinching, but yet they always have something new inside when I go in yet half of the store is dirty or broken. As a wise man once said, "you can save pennies but you're going to lose dollars""

"This McDonald’s is okay it’s not the worst I’ve ever been to it’s a bit slow but maybe that’s just me but the food was hot and delicious"
