"I have dealt with this place for years because I have used dupont finishes for 20 plus years. No more they get 3 out of ten matches on my cars think it's time to use something different.."

"My fiancé is in the auto repair business and has used this company for auto paint many times. This week, he went to them for paint again and had them use their "$10,000 machine" to match the paint. The woman working there said, "it won't match exactly, but it will be close." Fair enough. He's never had problems with them before. However, when he went to paint the part of the car that needed the paint that was matched, it was an entirely different color! The car is gray; the paint was black. The next morning, he went to the company with the paint and a picture of the car and the painted part to explain what happened. The woman had entered the wrong code when she made the paint for him, yet they wouldn't offer him a refund for anything or do anything for him except mix up the correct color, and charge him for it. Considering how much he has used this company and how much money he has spent there, AND considering that it was the employee's fault and not his, I find this absolutely ridiculous. If the paint was slightly wrong, I could understand. But because it was entirely the wrong color and entirely the employee's fault, I do not understand. How can you run a business like that?! We will NEVER use this company again."
