"The A-Z Auto Repair staff were very accommodating and professional. I needed some impromptu work needed on my vehicle which they quickly fixed. Very satisfied and highly recommend A-Z for future work!"
"I have known Alex for 10 years. His service to our country, his academic achievements and his entrepreneurship with his business dealings has been extraordinary! I service ALL of my vehicles with A-Z Auto and his team is always fair. They even recommended that I purchase a product that costs less...BUT was a better product for my car. Normally it is the other way around. I am proud to call him a great friend, fellow veteran and community member. I give him my highest recommendation for your vehicle (s) service. His team is the very best!! Fritz G. Polite, PhD, MPA"
"I recently took my 2007 Acura to A-Z Auto Repair and had the pleasure of dealing with Gil, the service manager. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. He not only addressed all the issues with my car but also provided a level of service that is rare to find in the auto repair industry. What stood out the most was the transparency in pricing. They gave me a fair quote, explaining all the costs involved with no hidden fees. This kind of honesty is greatly appreciated and made me feel like I was in good hands. Moreover, Gil's friendly and welcoming demeanor made the entire experience even more pleasant. He was super nice, patiently answering all my questions and ensuring I understood everything about the service being performed. I highly recommend A-Z Auto Repair for anyone who values professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service."
"This will be a continuation of the review from Jay. I am his son and an elevator mechanic by trade. I will be looking to inspect that rotor myself. I find your reply incredibly unprofessional. Do not lecture me or my father on the safety of our own family or others, I build and maintain machines that move people up and down 600 foot buildings at similar speeds of a vehicle. I have more mechanical safety training than you could ever imagine. To suggest to a family with 7 newer vehicles that they can't afford a $2000 repair is completely ridiculous. You are using the power afforded to you by the state to force repairs and you know it. You harp on safety but you just passed a truck with a burnt out signal light, a point that will be brought up if this meeting with the state trooper ever comes to fruition. Some thorough inspection process you and your techs have. Even West Virginia wants to see you flash your lights before they issue a sticker. That whole situation can backfire on you too so don't threaten us with that. We were considering changing our review at the request of the service manager, but given your response I took away the 5 star review I left years ago and added another 1 star. I would give you negative stars if I could, given your attitude with the situation. This shop is crooked and there was nothing wrong with those brakes. Brake symptoms are pretty unmistakable. You may not get any more money by failing the truck but you certainly get more by using the sticker to force a $2000 service with labor. The cat was already let out of the bag when it was stated the rotor that was worst off was "border line." That doesn't mean it failed, and I find it hard to believe it was border line at that. I hope that those rotors are beautiful when I take that truck apart this weekend because I will have a field day with your garage. It never pulled on braking, vibrated in the pedal, pulsed, nothing. It easily stopped under its own power. And to immediately state that rotors and pads are the answer when all that was needed for a sticker was pads (if that) really just shows your intentions. I will add once again that we came here for years. We recommended you, gave great reviews, and faithfully returned despite cheaper alternatives. Obviously, something went wrong this time. Edit: I can SAFELY say that was an outstanding rebuttal. Not. At no point in that did I ask for a botched inspection, rather just provide evidence of how little you all paid attention to the truck. You were more interested in satisfying your bottom line. We needed the truck the next day for a trip. Thanks to you, a quick fix was needed for reasons of a sticker. I still firmly believe nothing was wrong with the truck, aside from the signal light which we kept to ourselves after the experience we had. It just goes to show you're more into bending folks over than SAFETY. There was nothing HONEST about what went down in your garage."
"We left a glowing review here years ago under the name Jacob Rudolph. Our entire family has been coming here for years, and I returned to get my truck inspected as usual. This time, I was told I needed parts which came as an absolute surprise to me. My mechanic son was also surprised by the problem discovered here. What was supposed to be a routine stop for an inspection on a perfectly running 2015 truck turned into a suggested work order of over $2000. When I went in to see the problem brake pad and rotor, which appeared fine, I took issue with the diagnosis. I was told the state police could come and explain it to me if I so desired. This business is riding the coattails of its previous 5 star reviews, but has seemingly become one of “those” garages. As a result, they have lost 7 regular vehicles in one visit. It was nice driving two minutes from home to get an inspection, but I will never return."
