"We have a lot of good pupuserias in town, but Doña Oti has so far been the best I've been to. While the pupusas are great, I was most blown away by the beef sopes - they were next level. Also tried some tamales and empanadas, everything was to a very high standard in terms of deliciousness. I will be going back here as often as I can."
