Chick-fil-A

"WORST Chik-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. Stopped here while traveling thinking it would be consistent like most other Chick-fil-a, but I was wrong. Total mistake. None of the vacant tables were clean. Food and trash on tables and on the floor. Employees doing a lot of standing around socializing and getting in the way in the dining room instead of cleaning it. Market Salad had a long black hair in it! Completely gross! Threw it away and left. Did not have time to go back to the counter again and deal with it. I will be contacting corporate/customer service directly to deal with it. Disgraceful."

"I truly believe a fast food chain, or anything for that fact, should be reviewed on it's own merits and not comparing to others in the same category. With that said, Chick-fil-A operates the way that aligns with my personal expectations that I'd expect from any other company. They strive to exceed the norm. Clean environment, inside and out, including trash area outside. Making decisions to always improve the speed of the drive-thru experience by having multiple order-takers outside and a food runner to cars receiving orders before others, which works extremely well when weather permits. Each employee is well trained in interactions with customers. Even a canned "Its my pleasure" response is highly welcomed. I, also, can count on my order received being accurate. We've been there a lot and I can remember only one time the order was missing something. It's going to happen, but it seems they go out of their way to mitigate that issue. Lastly, the managers care. You can physically see managers providing instruction and direction to keep things moving, clean and fast ."

"While I'm not big on the food here due to limited gluten free options, the atmosphere is great for young families. The play space is always clean and my family has made friends here we were able to hang out with and grow close to outside of the restaurant play space. The staff here is extremely polite and efficient, and the lemonade here is a solid 8/10. All in all we visit regularly to drink lemonade, socialize, and get to enjoy a playground without dealing with the summer's heatwave."

"What you can expect from a Chick-fil-A. I just don't understand that they don't put sauce on your burger.. It was quite busy around lunch time, but they have a funny road system which made the wait ok"
